There is also the probability that this is in preparation for an impending international distributor deal. I think MF would leave the CN option only to be used as a last resort, my gut feeling is this is to fund something bigger than local trade, and as we've seen before, the deals have already been closed by the time they announce them. I would go as far as to assume we are only waiting on a couple of final signatures on something bigger than we've seen previously.
