From their asx announcement The structure was verified as meeting the relevant building standards by a civil and structural engineering consultancy group. Well if it was me to give a certificate of compliance and issue an approval for a progress payment from a financial institution to the builder, it would not even come close to passing any residential building standards.
    Key points.
    No damp proof coursing.

    No cavity or flashings.

No physical barrier for termite control.

No incorporated design for tie-downs for roof uplift.

No design for restraint for lintels over openings.

No incorporated design for movement, crack control. Control/expansion joints. Must be located minimum 500mm from a corner, one side of any opening, minimum 5000mm on any length of uninterrupted wall, and any part of the wall where the thickness changes ie, on any position where a wall is to be routered out for service locations, it creates a weak point. And each wall section divided by these control joints must be tied together with expansion ties, to tie the walls together it's plane.

So building a house structure in 10 hours incorporating all that by isolating the HX for humans to place these items, more like a week lol.
Oh that's right it doesn't need to pass any building standards because it's built on a factory floor of an industrial building it was never meant for residential use. But what would i know.
