I will see if I can find what they used but I think they were looking at EPS pf .15c in 2020 but I will check, it seems to be a more realistic SP prediction than the $15 to $20 that seems to be plucked out of the sky here,probably a hope or aspirational target.A taxi driver first told me that he was looking at $20 to $30 for PLS so there has been some BS spread around.
