Hmm, maybe a merger but I think not. Normally there would be some synchronised announcement from both companies that a statement is pending (rather than what has come through from both), and then there's TEL's stake of 18% in IIN via their Powertel ownership. What would happen there? I'll stick with a (pure) guess of small acquisition that AMM plan to particpate in.
