Lanstead selling down.

I have been checking out the share register for Neuren and have come out with the following observations.

1.When the deal was done with Lanstead they were issued  with 8.46 mill new shares .

2.On checking the register it appears that they now have less than 2.5 mill shares

3They still have 6 more payments to make under the share arrangement.The amount they have to pay is around $3 mill subject to share price fluctuations.

4.There is no doubt that the sale of the rest of world rights will make it very difficult to keep the price down.

6.They have been the major seller of the stock for the last 6 months .

7.The major buyers of the stock have been existing shareholders.

Based on the above once the Acadia overhang is cleared the stock should bounce quickly.
