To be honest it’s a fair question from creative. And probably the big question on the minds of all the folks selling AGY last week.

How is a ~$170m company going to raise ~$200m to skip stage 2 and build a commercial plant?

If you come up with an answer that doesn’t contain the word ‘dilution’ you’re full of sheet.

Best case is funding gets tied to an off take, but funding won’t be ‘free’. There will be a lot of equity exchanged.

As for guessing the exact figures, I’m not close enough to this stock any more to comment. But somewhere in the realm of 30-50% seems reasonable. Depends on the SP.

Maybe if the cultists stopped attacking everyone that raises genuine questions about the fundamentals you might actually promote some good discussion that alleviates people’s concerns. You’re doing yourselves and the SP a disservice. Try building some honest scenarios about what the next two years will look like. IMO there is still good long term value in this stock at current prices.

I mean seriously... picking on someone about a typo??? Once upon a time this was a great forum for technical debate and discussion.
