First of all, Axiom did not lose its rights to Kolosori in the High Court.
Secondly, they lost its rights in the Court of Appeal only as the result of legality - technical errors on the part of the Ministry in the conversion of customary land to registered land.
Never had any court in S.I. suggested any wrongdoing committed by Axiom.
Therefore, it is preposterous to allege that the Management are now committing a calculated crime by falsely claiming to the ASX that they have submitted Surface Access Agreements not only on Kolosori but also on Tenement D, which they have actually not yet obtained.
