My question would be WHEN is this going to be signed, think we have jumped the gun a little talking about this 3.5mill we first need the green light from indians and a signature we've only been waiting 4 years for........ i think we will be lucky to have this thing signed by mid year 2019 we have had this in the bag from 2015 and yet its still not in the bag...... these indians need to pull their heads in....
