SAS is asx listed and reports financialy to it , anyone employed by australian listed company pays tax to Australia..
However the companys hired by SAS to do research and development or advise SAS ( example ...Meirs multimodis company ) would report where they are registered for tax , being Isreal ..
The founders of the company received these shares...(performance shares ) for free ...no transaction took place , there for no input credit ..100% taxable..
so if sold at spot price of 6 cents would mean after tax ...3 cents per share...
All in my opinion,,,not a tax expert ..
