Only his mother would actually like him, but you have to look at what Trump achieves, not what he says. He has brought prosperity to the USA by way of tax cuts and a faux trade war with China among other things in a way that Obama could only dream about. He has set about doing what he promised with gusto, "making America great again", as evidenced by the soaring share market, lowering unemployment and rising wages.
He saw a problem with aspects of relations with China and took provocative action to resolve it, causing some temporary pain at home. This has now been resolved hopefully not temporarily making a win win situation with Xi which should see an uplift in sentiment both in China and the USA flowing on to the ROW.
Hold on to your seats imho . . hopefully anyhow
