A lot has changed in 10 years.
For starters, ECT only acquired Matmor a couple years ago.
Secondly, the patents may have existed 10-15 years ago but they only finalised engineering drawings a couple years ago and the scaling up has only recently been completed.
They are no longer trying to build some tiny plant anymore...they are now talking about building plants for industrial purposes - in other words - this will be the new industrial revolution going into 2020 and beyond.
