Hi 8horse, this may interest you:

Question to KB at last Wednesday’s AGM:

Based on the metric of the recent Wodgina sale what would that value our resource at?

    KB:
There’s reason to believe the two projects are not that dissimilar in terms of production scale, location, and on the face of it, ALB have paid 1.15b USD for half the project, you can do your sums on what you think Pilgangoora might be worth.

But what I will say more broadly is, it sends a very strong signal to the entire world about the value in the hard rock supply chain to Hydroxide and I think in that regard we are also very well placed with the Pilgangoora project being one of the preeminent projects globally, but also our ability to continue participating downstream through the options we’ve developed with our partners, POSCO in particular.

My take on Ken’s comment is it’s like having just built yourself a swish 4x3 in a premium address close to the CBD that you consider is probably worth 2.5m once you’ve completed the landscaping and finishing items. Then a half completed similar property comes on the market 3 blocks away and sells at auction for 5 million…..Happy Christmas!!!
