Should have spelt that out. I have no idea how the UK business operates people-wise, but by all accounts as a separate/related entity so to speak, it is indeed going well.
As an aside but related to the above, another piece of information that I picked from attending the AGM was that operations in NZ are going well, even though they have no local staff there - the NZ accounts are managed by/serviced by
both the UK team AND the Australian team.
The above indicates to me, without meaning to overplay the point, that the Impelus business is
very scalable in the sense that the Aust team plus the UK team can handle a LOT more business from current locales, plus a lot more business from new locales, without too much additional headcount, be it additional UK and/or Australian staff plus a small number (I imagine) being locally based - this thought bubble applies particularly to the IMS stated desire to expand in to Europe.
