A2 cows.
As I drive through the countryside in my area, I am seeing more and more herds changing from the black/white Friesian herds to the caramel jersey/guernsey herds..with their soft doe eyes and gentle natures.. .it’s beautiful to see the changes happening directly on the farms.. aesthetically, they are very beautiful to see...the Friesian always seemed to be a milking machine..whereas the jersey/guernsey breeds are beautiful inside and out ..and seem happier, more calm in themselves....their disposition and energy seems calm content.. and to drink milk from a calm cow rather than an agitated, unhappy cow adds a further dimension to ther milk.
