I think the timing of the announcement of such magnitude (sdv JV/ Strategic partner/ offtake agreement) should be spot on to send cat amongst pigeons (or BiGGG cat amongst shorters) to create panic amongst shorters so that they can chase the shares of galaxy all the way up to galaxy.......... IMO the timing is this week no later coz of all the good news in the air of macro world........ in coming weeks the focus again changes of fed rate (DEC rate hike........dark clouds are around the corner)
