my opinion as to why SP is staying down is a) expectation that cap raise is needed given cash burn; and b) poor handling of last cap raise (I.e. residual immaterial 2m raise at 59c that dragged out for 1mth+, causing SP to drop below 59c from 70c+ and aggravating LT holders - also left the SP at the mercy of DTs and bots).

I will be waiting for details of imminent cap raise (in particular whether a residual lagging offering) and at what price. Essentially, you'd assume that the offering would be at a 10% disc to market so around 34c. if there is a residual offering then I'd say it will go lower. I realised on the last raise that people don't like to pay more than the offering.. particularly with LVT.

until investors know the answers to the above, they will stay away. just my opinion.

the LVT team is talented, so they will come good..
