Have you done much research here?
I ask this because if you had you wouldnt have asked that question.
Recall the Rozna offer? Where did the money come from for that?
If you also recall, the costs 'historically' associated with these two projects was BELOW that of the Rozna offer.
In other words..THE MONEY ISNT AN ISSUE.
Also recall the fact that DEBT will be a large part of any deal as indicated by the company.
As for a placement? I am not interested in a placement, however it would depend on the offer I suppose.
On the Juno side of things, yes it may be a side show.
What 'potentially' concerns me here is the benefits to current Uran shareholders.
I dont want a 'small' token gesture of a few shares for any float...I want the damn lot!!!!!
Uran would need to give shareholders a big % for me to support any float.
Much prefer them drill a few holes, sell it and take a free carried interest.
But im not getting too carried away with Juno non uranium assets.
Most seem to be overlooking the enormous opportunity that is Ukraine.
Let me make one more VERY important point to those believers...and non believers;
Uran have been VERY secretive re its dealings and negotiations from day one. They have stated they didnt want to disclose details of any deal in fear of others coming in and taking it from them....
Ask yourselves this question:
Why would Kate Hobbs come out and disclose the fact that Uran was looking at a consortium for a major mine in Ukraine if she was worried about some other party/s coming in and taking it from Uran and the Consortium?
Think about that.........
Perhaps this deal is much much further developed and negotiated than we might believe...
Uran have not wanted to disclose barely anything about Ukraine projects.....perhaps 5000 k in there...or therabouts???
So a mine at least 20 times that size has been mentioned by Uran...
Doesnt add up does it????
Unless of course we are talking about 'favoured' status and a deal as good as done.
Ive got no idea re proceedings or what Uran may or may not be up to.
What I do know is based on history, the consortium comments came out of nowhere and were bold.
BS? Maybe.
Confidence in acquiring the deal? We will find out soon enough.
