Nestle has so much work to do. They've a tarnished reputation around the world. In 2005, Nestle was accused in China about adding excess iodine in its infant formula and initially lying to the Chinese authority about it. Thyroid scandal. Then there's this infamous MSG scandal in its MAGGI product and lying again to government authority about it, this was 2014. There's this cookie scandal in the states in 2009. Just last year, in the states again, they were selling 100% Natural Spring Water. It has been alleged that site that water came from which wasn't spring water source was near human waste dump and toxic petroleum dump site. Furthermore, European Food and Safety Association (EFSA) has concluded that additional nutrients that have been added to their Illuma and Enfinitas products, which sells for much higher premium in China, are unnecessary.
