If you are going to the EGM can I ask on behalf of other SH that you press the board for the current state of progress to be publicly announced as a matter of priority.  We are overdue for an update I think, even if that update is that progress has not been entirely positive.

I think that it is unfortunate that shareholders have not been given a better handle on the status of the chip prior to voting on assisting Fred to convert his notes to shares at what is effectively a substantial discount.  Given that Fred knows the status better than anyone, how are we to interpret this move?
