I never said it was a straight line and the Cobalt ride will be bumpy, but at these valuations it’s a steal unless Cobalt totally tanks which I doubt.The sell down has been overshoot by traders and short term punters, the people I’m in contact with are long term players with substantial connections and I’m sure that if the fundamentals merit it with this project the rewards will be substantial, maybe not to the same extent that other commentators were talking about but a multi bagger from here.
In my view with the market sell off today globally, the bloodbath is coming to an end for CLA.
That’s why I said that I will start averaging down today and if the sell down continues will get more aggressive in my buying.
