Speaking of AEM it isn't a Panacea and whether Winu will turn out to be the best economic discovery is somewhere to be told in the future.
One of the early AEM discoveries in Canada was the Kidd Creek VMS deposit which was labelled Kidd 55-1. Apparently it was a good but low priority anomaly that the company took a fair while to get around to drilling - hole #55 of the program.
Not drilled until 1963...
The true story of this discovery depends on who tells the story -this is one version.
