"The only remaining uncertainty is if LYC is required to export the 451kt of WLP,
presumably back to its Australian mine Mt Weld. In our view, this poses a limited
future operating cost impact as WLP radioactivity level of 6Bq/g is well below the
international waste transport minimum of 10Bq/g and can readily be bulk
transported in containers. We also note removal cost can be paid for by the
US$23m (A$32m) rehab fund paid and held by Atomic Energy Licencing Board."
