the story is an evidently high grade [ six times the neighbouring mine deposits] prospect in an established , high grade gold province with endowment of 4 million ounzes in a politically stable jurisdiction.
The entity with the prospect has had a brush with death arising from some poorly structured loan facility which is now nearly extinguished.
The subject prospect of 800,000 tonnes of ore can be exploited for minimal capex by open pit methods within 2 years to prospectively yield- at current gold prices- a pre-tax net return of USD500million.
The subject prospect is subject to confirmatory drilling over the upcoming months which will confirm size and grade .
