    The recession is always inevitable following booms mate but recessions are where you make money buy at bottoms wait till markets fully capitulate real estate shares all the same never buy tops of hyperboles I think Stdney will come of another 20 per cent

    Already seen it in our street over in Drummoyne at the family home properties fetching 2-300 K less than they were last year

    Speed to market crucial essentially every week that goes by sees new innovation in industry across the board

    Problem as we saw in 2008-2010 capital markets are very hard to tap into I have a feeling if they go with the fantasy they can manufacture HX on a global scale here in Australia they will fail miserably they need.look to china set up manufacturing there its the most cost effective solution

    Some props on the sp show this desperation props don't last forever tho I'm calling 10 cents ist q 2019 on no news coming
