Yes Gekkko, and an awful lot of the US infrastructure is very old and dilapidated and falling apart and their State and Local Governments simply don't have the money available to fix it.   Every time there's a new and ever larger Hurricane that hits their coastal communities you can see on their TV news reports the people who are affected, crying and wailing and pleading for Federal .."FEMA".. assistance, whilst their own local politicians are hiding from the angry crowds. 

And then where does the US Federal Government turn to, for the new bailout money required...?

IMHO, maybe that's why Wall St are so ..absolutely desperate.. to get their hands upon ..steal.. as many GXY Lithium shares as they possibly can, because they, fully well know, that GXY is, and will continue to be, one of the increasingly fewer, and harder to come by, ..'guaranteed success tickets'.. in this coming decade.
