I found slide 3 of the FNA Presentation dated 23/11/18 quite interesting.
Sarepta are starting with one Parental CPP sequence, yet Phylogica are using 1k to 10k Parental CPP sequences with 4 lead CPP sequences (Sarepta) compared to ~100 (Phylogica). These sequences are the 'shapes' or 'keys' within the libraries. Sarepta are only displaying diversity across one structural theme or sequence. Note, Sarepta used the B-peptide (a modified poly-arginine CPP) as their starting sequence. Now refer to slide 4 and take a look at the read out of the B-peptide compared to Phylogica's Generation 1 & 2 CPPs.
