Some of us can't understand why the mgmt sees fit to make such bold and outlandish predictions and deadlines, rather than a more reserved "we are working in a difficult part of the world, its hard to set a definitive deadline on things" approach.

Something is wrong with the whole colossal impact, tidal wave of oil concessions spiel. What is the benefit to the company and / or the shareholders in mgmt & MS talking the company up to this extent, continually announcing without announcing massive deals on the horizon.....what are they trying to achieve by making such noise? Why would they want expectations so high? Have they tried to jolt the market without actually having to close a deal?

If the mgmt is genuinely looking long term, and has no issue with arranging finance..........why all the desperate month to month promises?

Who are they targeting with these deadlines, and claims? and why?
