    Stress less dilution or not it will ensure the $500K + pay packets for GG and Rahual can get pocketed for at least another year ...

    Can't see sophs touching it with a 10 foot pool regardless of the discount after the last one tanked the SP as hard as it did. Looking like a hat shake to existing shareholders to me.
