Maybe it is not a capital fundraising. If I recall well at last week's AGM the resolution to issue up to 10% more shares did not get the high majority threshold needed to pass. So maybe COB is getting a loan instead....maybe from LG. Anyway at the current depressed share price a capital raise would severely dilute current holders. Just my opinion.
