The saga drags on. Still no announcement from Cellmid re costs.
It has been 34 days since the Court gave the parties 14 days to agree on costs to be paid by (Advangen)Cellmid to Ikon or face another court action.
I suppose that means no agreement has been reached yet. Reasonable/unreasonable attitudes prevailing? Who could know anything about that here?
