Yes, of course it does. I have also stated something similar.When the independent tests are performed once the individual modified samples are accepted by either interested parties which is when the independent testing will be performed as stated in the current presentation or previous ann just past i believe, I would expect the results to come back with a grade variance yet still in that 99% range.
