We, the shareholders, are being informed of all information that is material to the market being able to make informed decisions with respect to VEC.

If there was any material information available it must be disclosed to the market. What is material about the AK deal is one of 2 things (a) it is fully signed off and completed, or (b) the deal has been frustrated by one of the players and can't proceed to completion.

Nothing else is material in my view.
