Yes i get your gist here too.Apparently the potential customers have tested samples and require AGY to do more refining.
Is it just a composition issue or grade/quality issue or BOTH ?. It says to me its not battery quality as they announced in price sensitive announcements.
Also if those potential customers are being groomed as JV partners then their involvement or feedback could be bias or conflicted also.
For me, confirmation of BG or even IG quality should be from solely independent and licensed labs.
