Any news from the AGM?, page-87

I just read Chairman’s report to AGM.   Noted his comments “ Our heart failure candidate successfully achieved a clinically meaningful outcome ina Phase 2 trial in end stage heart failure patients with LV Assist Devices”.  

I’d previously earn the announcement about reduced gastro intestinal (ie gut) bleeding but that no significant benefit for the heart failure.  To me, a GP, a good or great HF treatment is a massive massive market.  Not a specialised niche market in graft rejection, fistulae etc.  So that imo explains a SP drop - the trial was essentially not really a success. 

IF, and I’m not, a SH, just a follower, I would be very concerned that the Chairman, with approval from Board, SI, etc published a clearly misleading comment about achieving a “clinically meaningful outcome”, without clarify that the outcome was NOT an outcome benefiting HF, only reducing side effects if you like in a relatively small group with assist device bleeding.   Again, not a massive market.   

This would suggest that SH are correct to be very suspicious of press releases and of the Board/Management, again imo.
