    Citi rates AZA as Buy, High Risk

    NXS and Anzon have terminated the merger over the Basker-6A reserve dispute but Citi believes Anzon is an attractive target for other companies and retains its "Buy" rating and target price.

    It notes Anzon is bringing certifiers in to clarify the Basker-6A well impacts.

    Citi target price is $1.71.
