It's not unusual for the initial market reaction to be based on the high level messages that come out. Only once everyone has time to digest the detail does it start to normalise.
We are predicting this to be net positive for long term investors (like us) and we are expecting some pleasant surprises. Inevitably there are going to be some nasties which need to come out though.
The business is in a world of pain, but probably not quite as much as everyone might think.
