I think the WJS is pretty on the spot..

all banks agreed to the extension..sep or dec.. we dunno

just the westLB issue is slowing everyone..so they are not being a teamplayer atm..but it may not their fault since they have their problem in europe, so hope they change their mind and be a teamplayer again. They would not want to risk their reputation.

I just cant see other banks would let this issue get in the way. They are probably work on the solution at the moment... just need more time to finalize and document it.
