I've been thinking the same thing - surely with the witheld dividen payments they would have accumulated enough cash to pay out a <$200M loan, but then the other bankers would get antsy that they weren't paid also. They must have something written into the loan agreements to this effect.
Just waiting to see what has been negotiated now. Am feeling pretty jumpy right now!
