I'd be represent either party.

It could be argued their was an implied annual figure, but I believe in the spirit of the agreement CM would have to bow out as he graciously has.

I'd be relying on the fact (and I reckon the ASX should to) that if the specific $ amount aren't indicated (for commericial reasons) they at least outline their revenue estimates so we can judge for ourselves.

Anyone who believed those RAC projections was a grade A turkey, but at least they put them forward.

The underscores how important we know what products have been sold.

If Spark are primarily interested in VM (via VM or WP) this deal is much better than if it was for WiFi, because the Appstore downloads are showing that VM is a useful product for consumers.

This has not been the experience with WS or WiFi.

Also, if it is primarily a VM deal, as most of us suspect, why not SHOUT it to the market...
