Where did this opinion come from? The RMS board? The releases suggested that RMS were talking to EXU about options, when RMS went hostile, surprising the EXU board. It now looks to me like RMS just wanted the trucking option and finally accepted that it wouldn't work. RMS initiated the hostile circumstances. When that happens, it costs everyone a lot of money and time. And the lawyers the money. No shareholders should be happy about that.
