Morningstar 5 Dec has it covered at under valued "Fair value" $9.09. So if the dividends stay about where they are now at 27 cents that makes it not too bad pay out at $4.70 a share? 52 cents a year! The question is however will this impact the dividend? What now would be fair value??? Kind of hoping for the afternoon dead cat bounce but I think we may have more people checking their share values and having a mini freak out so patience.
