It does depend on whether this deal is financed under the recently announced $50 million non recourse lending package. If it is then there would be no financial liability except for the operation and maintainance of the plant.
Sounds as if there is a very good chance of more offtake agreements up to a total of $5 million p. a... If that happens and they achieve the maximum of $5 million p a it would be a very sweet deal even if it is self financed.
