LOL - Smart move? The interest is at ~16.6%. They're getting a loan to secure the loans of others but the interest rate of the loan is more than they charged their own borrowers. From memory it was around 11% plus an additional 2% per year or six months for admin fees? Please correct me if I'm wrong. Do the punters of Punt road know basic maths? If they do this over the near whole amount of the loan it's not going to work, especially if borrowers default, then no money is exchanged but the punters have to pay back the interest for the security.
