Guys performance shares are not carved in stone. They need to perform by APR 2019 to allow 22m convert into shares. I’m actually interested if these performance shares can be canceled if voted by majority current shareholders. I don’t know if anyone has a view on that. Given lots of the shareholders on the register would not benefit from these shares, a move to cancel them based on shareholders support can be orchestrated
