My view would be that firstly we have a pretty choppy market which scares many away. Secondly, we have this supposed Trade War between China and the US, which is probably nowhere as big a deal as the papers purport it to be (gives them something to write about). Thirdly, I think the short term punters ate finding it hard to find the next thing which is going to go up by 50 or 100% because of something, and so they may have largely departed the market. Fourthly, PLS is in that early production phase where many would be sitting on the sidelines and waiting to see how good they are at production. And lastly, the big money ( the Insto’s), will definitely wait til they see some production numbers.

So, for we patient long termers, we sense that our investment is being largely derisked, but we are too close to it. Our enthusiasm is rising, but the market is simply observing

My bet is that pretty soon, when those production numbers start impacting cashflow, one or two Insto’s will start wading in. Word will get around.
When the overseas Insto’s really wade in, then it will be far more fun, and our patience will be rewarded.

I still think the Wodgina deal is very important. The Insto’s will definitely take note of that. As is the Stage II funding deal.

Arguably we don’t have long to wait for a re-rate
