Tronbirk. Are you based in Europe? I ask that as most of your posts are timed very late at night and early in the mornings plus you have mentioned people you know in Slovenia on a different HC site.
Roby has given time to several investors who post on the MXC HC so he is obviously very willing to talk to shareholders. I am curious if he knew that your investment was only $500. I ask that just to gauge his personality to some extent.

You know as much as anyone that I have been a massive sceptic. I think it was only fair to confront the guys with a face to face. Couldn't ever really do it in the past because I wasn't a shareholder but the Ross Smith comments got me too interested. I wanted to know if Ross could actually get them removed.
I asked Roby this question and he said no. I wanted to know why not and asked the tough questions.
I just reported to you some of the conversation dealt with. I think it's fair to be neutral and I did take my bullshit radar along with me. Roby seemed cool and calm and answered all my questions. He seemed more competent than I expected but did bring his operations manager with him and I didn't feel much love from him. I didn't ask all the tough questions but more than anyone else here has.
I've left his answers for your interpretation so what you take from this is up to you. I can't personally validate everything as the truth but he said he met with someone from the ASX before he flew back, standard protocol as I understand, and he doesn't feel he has any worries (he met the ASX after the initial RS FB posts). He also said the company got an independent law firm to do an internal objective review of the company operations. I don't know which firm and can't confirm the legitimacy of this either.
You've got more info than before and anyone here can use what I've said to investigate further.
Like I said, for me it's a hold until I see how things play out. I can't be more balanced or honest than that and I deserve some credit for showing my face to some powerful rich Israelis who deal with massive amounts of marijuana after throwing stones at them from the shadows for the last three years.
