Agreed. Naughty naughty......directors ought to, in the interest of everyone but themselves, just resign like decent gentleman.....not fight the courts. IOOF however has a decent business and it is worth more than the current share price by quite a lot now. Maybe $8 bucks a share. We ALL , the shareholders, need to call a special meeting and ask the directors very politely - lay down their arms and to just piss off!Yes?
