Hi Towie Reiterating that management have indicated finance news may be due mid January....Would love nothing more than management to have this funding soughted by this time frame.

They have enough time and I for one are counting on this time to allow management to provide material news.In the event that funding is echieved the echoes would be some what silenced. The positive is in the event that material news is provided an EGM may be advanced to unlikely....IMO

This is a cautious approach the group are providing,they are against waiting months and months to have this funded.If management are successful in funding news a review is always possible.IMO 

The objective of the group supporting the EGM is for better corporate governance and assistance and is not personal.They offer a quality candidate with vast experience.FMG as in Fortesque Metals were supported by Mike Elliott from my understanding.This would be akin to WKT receiving funding for the coal project,a stranded asset with all the qualities but unable to privide infrastructure to the project.

Can this assistance be ignored if management are unsuccessful? With the section 249d now given management have 21 days to call a meeting and no longer than 2 months from the issue of notice for the EGM from my understanding.

This gives Management time frames of Mid January an optimistic chance.Lots of share holders will be extremely greatful and relieved being an understatement.
