Interesting.
RRL with a market capitalization of ~$43M,
announces an upgrade in its gold resources of 5-7 hundred
thousand ounces and the market treats the news with a
big yawn - the share price remaining static.
If these ounces could be mined with a profit of as little
as $100/oz it would mean a total profit of $50-70m or
more than the current market capitalization of the company.
Anyone any ideas on the reasons why? Is it because no one
believes RRL will get around to actually producing?
