I don't know if I'm reading your post correctly are you trying to say SAS need to pay $31 million in commitments ?

i think either I am reading your post incorrectly or you're making a terrible mistake SAS
DO NOT
need to give anybody $31 million in commitments to my knowledge.
SAS only need money for the pearls and to pay the staff so $20 million or $25 million will be enough for first batch + ongoing costs
